Responsible for ongoing maintenance and incremental updates of an existing React Native application, including improvements to stability, performance, and platform updates. Deployed in an AWS and Kubernetes-based environment. Worked hands-on with Redis Cluster for performance and scalability improvements, and ongoing operational maintenance.

Tech lead for mobile applications and customer portal. Responsible for maintaining and evolving a React Native application and leading the migration from native Swift and Kotlin apps to React Native (with Expo). Worked with PHP, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD, including monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana, and supported knowledge transfer to the client’s internal development team.

Involved in several projects for Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedling, either as a contributor or project lead. Work included third-party integrations such as BankID and Booli, digital property viewings, migrating from on-premises to Azure, and optimizing their search engine using MongoDB-backed data models and Elasticsearch for scalable search and filtering.
Nilörn AB
Nilörn wanted to simplify and streamline their order process—from quote and design to sample and final order. Johan acted as lead backend developer and DevOps, responsible for planning, delegation, and development. He also trained the client’s developers in React, .NET, and Azure to ensure long-term maintainability after delivery.
Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund
Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund wanted a workflow that was easy to manage and a website that was simple to navigate, allowing users to quickly find the information they needed. Johan was involved in migrating the website to the Umbraco CMS and setting up the infrastructure in Azure.
CE Produkter AB
The client needed a product configurator for sales meetings to showcase a wide range of textile products. Since it wasn’t practical to have images of every possible variant, Johan contributed to the development of a 3D-based configurator that allowed salespeople to demonstrate options by selecting materials, colors, sizes, and other features in real time.
